The USCG (and other secret Homeland Security agencies) has alerted me to the
existence of an organization of suspect individuals in US Coastal waters.
They have asked me to report any sightings, they have supplied some "Mug
shots".

 

Please be advised these individuals could be fishing and dangerous!
